Lordrush Hall of Governors: Points, Milestones, and What to Save

Every Hall of Governors stage, what scores on it, and the exact point values. Learn which upgrades to bank for which day, and why a single gear level up can be worth millions.

Hall of Governors is Lordrush's recurring growth race. It splits into daily stages, each with its own theme, its own point milestones, and its own leaderboard. Points from every stage also add into a total that decides the final ranking. This guide covers every version of the event, what each stage actually accepts, what everything is worth, and the hold list that turns a mediocre run into a strong one.

How the event pays out

Three reward channels run at once, and they are independent.

  1. Milestone rewards. Each stage has four point targets you claim as you cross them. Your targets depend on your Town Center level.
  2. Stage Ranking Rewards. At the end of each stage, the leaderboard for that stage pays out by mail, down to rank 1000.
  3. Total Ranking Rewards. When the event ends, your combined points across every stage decide a second payout, also down to rank 1000.

Which Hall of Governors is this

The event grows every time it comes around. Your first one is short and simple, and each later run adds a stage and swaps in new ways to score. Players usually number them, so "3rd Hall of Governors" means the third time your server has run it. Match the daily stage list on your event screen to find yours.

The extra half day at the end is not a stage. It is the window where the final tallies are settled and mail goes out.

The 5th run is where everything changes. From that point the event stops paying for raw power growth and starts paying for spending scarce currencies, and the point values jump by roughly a factor of ten. The quickest way to tell which side you are on is to look for a stage called Basic Skills Up. If it is there, you are on the newer scale.

The overlap map

This is the part that decides your run. A stage's name tells you its theme, not its rules. Most stages accept several unrelated actions, and the same action often scores on more than one day.

On the 6th run:

StageAlso scores
City ConstructionConstruction, research, and training speedups
Basic Skills UpSpeedups, hero shards, Forgehammers, exclusive gear widgets, Truegold, Mithril
Charm UpgradeCharm score, pets and taming marks, hero shards, Hero Roulette
Train TroopsCharm score, Forgehammers, exclusive gear widgets, Mithril
Power BoostForgehammers, exclusive gear widgets, Mithril, Truegold, all speedups
Governor Gear UpgradeGovernor Gear score, troop training and promotion
Hero DevelopmentPets, Truegold, speedups, hero shards, Governor Gear score, gathering

Read that table twice. Speedups score on four of the seven stages. Charm score counts on two. Governor Gear score counts on two. Troop training counts on two. Every one of those overlaps is a decision about which day you spend on.

Promoting troops pays the difference between the two tiers, so a T9 to T10 promotion is worth 475 points per troop rather than the full 1,960.

On the 1st to 4th runs

These reward raw power growth instead of spending, and several of the big sinks above do not score at all.

One thing to watch before the event opens

Milestone targets are not the same for everyone. They step up with your Town Center level, and the rewards step up with them. The jumps happen at Lv. 19, 22, 26, and 30.

That creates a small trap. If you are sitting just under one of those levels and the event is about to open, finishing that upgrade now raises your own targets for the whole run. Waiting until the event ends costs you nothing and keeps your targets where they are.

To give it a number: on the 6th run, the top milestone of Governor Gear day asks for 12.1 million points at Town Center 26 and 13.5 million at Town Center 30.

Why Governor Gear day is the biggest lever

Governor Gear pieces carry a score that rises with each level, and the event pays 1,800 points for every point of score you gain. The jump from level 1 to level 2 on a single piece is worth 1,875 score, which is 3,375,000 event points.

The top milestone on that stage is 13.5 million points at Town Center 30. Four early level ups clear it outright. Compare that with the alternatives:

Route to 13.5 millionWhat it costs
Governor Gearabout four early level ups
Speedups150 hours
Troops6,888 T10 troops trained from scratch
Charms3,858 charm score

Charm day works the same way at 3,500 points per charm score. This is why the real skill is not grinding on the day. It is arriving at the day with upgrades already paid for and waiting.

The hold list

Bank these, then spend them on the stage that pays the most for them.

A practical way to run it: on day one, look at the full lineup and write down which stage you intend to push. You will not top every stage, and the milestones scale hard enough that spreading thin clears fewer tiers than picking two stages and going deep.

Is gathering worth it

No, not on the larger scale. Three points per 50 Bread works out to 0.06 points per Bread. Iron is the best of the four at 1.5 points per unit, and even that needs an implausible amount of hauling to matter next to a single Forgehammer. Gathering is there as a floor for players with nothing banked, not as a route to a milestone.
