How to use the appointment planner
Each appointment lasts 30 minutes. Use the planner to agree who holds which position and when, then post the schedule in alliance chat.
Set up your days
Start with one day and add more for multi-day events, for example "Construction day" and "Training day". Switch between Empire and High King to see the right bonuses.
Add your players once
Add everyone who wants a position to the player list by name. Open a player to add their alliance tag, Town Center level and a note.
Place players into slots
Drag a player onto a slot, or choose Place and select every slot they should get. To move an appointment, drag it to another slot or open it and use Earlier and Later.
Check for problems
The planner warns you when one player holds two positions in the same half hour and when a player is below Town Center level 16. Mark slots as confirmed as players agree.
Share the schedule
Copy for chat creates a ready-to-paste list per position in UTC. Copy share link sends the whole plan to another officer, who can open it in their browser.

What is the Lordrush appointment planner for?
It helps the King and officers plan minister positions: who holds Chief Minister, Minister of Justice, Minister of the Interior, Field Commander, Marshal and Noble Advisor in each half hour, over one or more days.
How long is each slot?
Each slot lasts 30 minutes, the length of one appointment, so a day has 48 slots in UTC.
Are the bonuses different under a High King?
Yes. Positions appointed by a High King give larger bonuses. Switch to High King in the planner to see every value.
Who can apply for a position?
Players need Town Center level 16 to apply. The planner marks players below that level so you can spot them before posting the schedule.
Can one player hold two positions at once?
No, a player holds one position at a time. The planner shows a warning and highlights both slots when you place the same player in two positions in the same half hour.
Why add players to a list first?
Each player is added once and can then be placed into any number of slots. Their name, alliance and level stay the same everywhere, and removing a player frees all of their slots.
How do I post the schedule in game?
Use Copy for chat, pick one position or all of them, and paste the text into alliance chat. Consecutive slots of one player become a single line such as 00:00-01:30.
Where is my plan saved?
Only in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing site data or using a private window removes it, so download a backup before important changes.
How do I share the plan with other officers?
Copy a share link from the plan menu. The whole plan is inside the link, and opening it asks before replacing the plan in that browser. For very large plans, download a backup and send the file.
