How to use the Transfer Planner

Use the planner to organise an Empire Transfer before invites go out: who comes in, which invite they use, whether they fit under the Transfer Power Cap and whether they have enough Transfer Passes.

  1. Set your limits

Open Plan settings and pick your Empire type. An Ordinary Empire accepts up to 55 transfers with 35 Ordinary Invites and 3 Special Invites. Add the Transfer Power Cap your Transfer Manager set.

  2. Set up your groups

Create a group for each invite round, alliance or team, for example "First wave" and "Backup". A group can have its own power cap.

  3. Add players

Paste names into Add players, one per line. Open a player to add their Empire, Transfer Power, Town Center level and alliance.

  4. Arrange the roster

Drag players by the handle to reorder them or move them between groups. Select several players to move them, change their invite or tag them with a colour at once.

  5. Check caps, invites and passes

The summary shows invites used against your limits, players above the cap and passes still missing. Players above the cap need a Special Invite, so the planner flags anyone still on an Ordinary one.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Lordrush Transfer Planner for?

It helps Kings, Transfer Managers and alliance leaders plan an Empire Transfer: split incoming players into groups, compare their Transfer Power with the cap, count Ordinary and Special Transfer Invites and see who still needs Transfer Passes.

How many players can an Empire take in?

An Ordinary Empire accepts up to 55 transfers and has 35 Ordinary Invites. A Leading Empire accepts up to 30 and has 20. Special Invites do not count toward the transfer limit.

When do I need a Special Invite?

Players whose Transfer Power is above the Empire's Transfer Power Cap can only transfer with a Special Invite. An Empire starts with 3, and 1 used invite comes back on the 1st of each month, up to 3.

Can a Leading Empire send Special Invites?

Normally not. After 3 transfer events in a row as a Leading Empire, the third event gives 1 Special Invite, 15 more transfers and 10 more Ordinary Invites.

What counts as Transfer Power?

Your Power plus the Power of wounded troops in the Infirmary and reserves in the Enlistment Office. Type it the way the game shows it, such as 457M or 1.2B.

Does the planner work out how many Transfer Passes a player needs?

Enter the cost from each player's transfer screen and the passes they own. The planner then shows who is short and by how much. To estimate a cost or plan pack purchases, use the Transfer Pass Calculator.

Where is my plan saved?

Only in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing site data or using a private window removes it, so download a backup before important changes and send the file to other officers to share it.

Can I undo a mistake?

Yes. Use the undo and redo buttons, or Ctrl+Z to undo and Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y to redo. The history lasts until you reload the page.
