Open your avatar in Lordrush. The Account ID is on your player card. Open the Lord screen from the same place to find the Empire ID. Help icons next to each field show screenshots.

Does letter casing matter for gift codes?

Yes. Paste the code exactly as published. Do not force uppercase or lowercase · casing is part of the code.

Where do rewards go after a successful redeem?
